Call Announcement for 2017 Visiting Professor and Guest Lecture

Requirements:
I. Category Visiting Professor

1. Doctoral Candidate minimal degree / PhD, and preferably derived from a partner university UGM (no MOU level u to u)
2. Candidates have a track record of international publications, are determined through the Scopus h-index
3. The duration of the visit to the Faculty 1-2 weeks
4. Activities include visits
   – The obligation to give guest lecture (cross Prodi)
   – Program selection (minimum 1)
   a. Mentoring preparation of joint research proposals (eg, NIH, NCI, dipi etc.)
   b. Mentoring preparation of research proposals (eg Damas, UGM, Ristekdikti)
   c. Clinical Mentoring (Mentoring / TOT)
   d. Assistance writing of manuscripts International
5. Amenities of the Faculty include
   – Economy class return ticket
   – Accommodation according to the SBU UGM 2017
   – Workspaces (prepared by department / study program / center complainant or at Auditorium)

II. Category Guest Lecture / CME

1. Doctoral Candidate minimal degree / PhD, and preferably derived from a partner university UGM (no MOU level u to u)
2. Candidates have a track record of international publications, are determined through the Scopus h-index
3. The duration of a visit to the Faculty 2-5 days
4. Activities include visits obligation to give a guest lecture (cross Prodi)
5. Amenities of the Faculty include
   – economy class return ticket
   – accommodation according to the SBU UGM 2017
   – Workspace (prepared by department / study program / center complainant or at Auditorium)

Procedure:

1. Deadline for sending the registration form no later than March 15, 2017 email to iro.fk@ugm.ac.id, equipped with
   – TOR
   – Tentative program schedule
2. Following the announcement by the faculty, department / study program / center chosen sent an official letter addressed to the Dean of the Faculty application for facilitating visiting professor or guest lecture maximum of 3 (three) months before D-day, accompanied
   – Copy of passport (for the issuance of visa sponsorship by UGM)
   – Curriculum vitae / biosketch
