The program will consist of improvement of the RTC IT infrastructure and technical and management capacity development of the RTC to produce and provide effective online courses using Massive Open Online Course model. This program is looking to recruit a Program Manager to assist day to day activity of the MOOC Program, starting from designing the courses, coordinating resources, managing the program, arranging meetings, and communicating with stakeholders. This position will report to the head of the project. The term of contract is PART TIME (50% FTE) and the person will be based in Yogyakarta.
