The Museum of Anatomy at FK-KMK UGM received a visit from Prof. Dr. med. Rüdiger Schulz-Wendtland. He is the Head of Department at Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg and a radiology expert. The visit to the Museum of Anatomy took place on Friday, February 14, 2025. This visit by Prof. Dr. med. Rüdiger Schulz-Wendtland is part of the International Guest Lecture series with the theme “Updates on Breast and Pediatric Imaging,” organized by the Department of Radiology at FK-KMK.
Museum of Anatomy at FK-KMK UGM houses various collections of human anatomical specimens as one of the centers for anatomy education. Prof. Schulz-Wendtland, who is also a professor at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany, expressed his admiration for the museum’s collections and management. He stated that this museum is an extraordinary place to study human anatomy in depth.
dr. Santosa Budiharjo, M.Kes., PA(K), one of the lecturers accompanying the visit, said, “We are proud of this visit and greatly appreciate His presence. He provided positive input and insights for the development of the FK-KMK UGM Anatomy Museum.”
