As part of WHO/TDR strategy for providing online learning platform there is an increasing need for Center for Tropical Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta Indonesia as the WHO/TDR Regional Training Center (RTC) to develop its online learning platform capacity. The program will consist of improvement of the RTC IT infrastructure and technical and management capacity development of the RTC to produce and provide effective online courses using Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) model. This program is looking to recruit an IT Support to be responsible for IT related activities of MOOC Program, i.e. designing and developing the website, video recording and editing, uploading content of the courses, and maintaining the website. This position will report to the manager project. The term of contract is PART TIME (50% FTE) and the person will be based in Yogyakarta.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Bachelor degree in Informatics and Technology (IT)
- Experience in IT, multimedia and developing e-learning platform (blended learning, online course)
Additional requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, web design, and video editing software (Adobe Premiere)
- Excellent professional interpersonal kills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to work with team such as manager, resource persons, etc
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of reliability, accuracy and productivity
- Ability to manage time and work with deadline
