Requirements:
Category Guest Lecture / CME
- Doctoral candidate minimal degree / PhD, and preferably derived from partner universities UGM (existing MOU level u to u)
- Candidates have a track record of international publications, are determined through the Scopus h-index
- The duration of a visit to Faculty of Medicine 2-5 days
- Activities include visits obligation to give a guest lecture (cross Prodi)
- Facilities of FM UGM includes
- economy class return ticket
- accommodation according to the SBU UGM 2017
- Workspace (prepared by department / study program / center complainant or at the Auditorium)
Filing Procedure:
- Deadline for registration form submissions no later than 29 April 2017 to the email fk@ugm.ac.id, equipped with
- A letter of request Guest lecture of the Department / Study Program / Center
- TOR
- Tentative program schedule
- After the announcement by the faculty, department / study program / center selected transmit
- Copy paspor (for the issuance of visa sponsorship by UGM)
- Curriculum vitae/biosketch
